All Classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays at both locations.

Class times are 6 pm - 9 pm.

The course consists of 90 Hours that the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission Requires each pre-licensee complete before taking the state exam to obtain an Oklahoma Real Estate License.

Class Purpose

The Pre-Licensing class is designed to provide a student wishing to obtain a Provisional Sales Associate license for Real Estate in the state of Oklahoma the required classroom setting with the material for understanding the national and Oklahoma-specific rules to take and pass the state Real Estate Exam for Real Estate. This class is an in-person classroom setting.

Rules and Process for Class Completion

Per OREC rule (858-302) Any person 18 and older shall submit evidence of successful completion of a class consisting of ninety (90) clock hours or its equivalent, must be able to provide proof of citizenship or in the United States legally and pass a background check. Each student must attend all classroom sessions and at the end of the class pass a 150-question final exam with a score of 75% or higher. The following is required postings per the OREC for any applicant wishing to obtain their license.

Applicants convicted of felony crimes referenced in Title 59, Section 858.301.1 may be ineligible to obtain an Oklahoma Real Estate license for a predetermined number of years. For clarification, please contact the Commission and/or review the cited section of the law as referenced herein.

DACA recipients are not eligible to obtain an Oklahoma Real Estate license.

NA Section 248 (8 US Code Section 1258) requires the beneficiary to be in a lawful non-immigrant status to begin with before their status can be changed. To be granted a change of status into a non-immigrant status like H-1B, TN, or R-1, INA § 248 requires the beneficiary to be in a lawful non-immigrant status to begiin with: DACA is not considered a lawful non-immigrant status.
